You can select your team by posting a comment with your name and teams name.If more than two bid is there for one team,there will be a auction.This auction is going to be a quiz.There will be set of questions and the participants who want the perticular team name can answer it.The participant which gets more no of correct answers will get that name.So the other participant will have to select a different team.
But the Bid will be open only till April 2ndweek.

Ok Sohailetta.I will mail you my id.and nevil,i had sent you the project details,many days ago anyway I will sent it to you again.And as the project Director,you can ask me any doubts of the MPL by posting comments here anyway I am putting a short overview here.
Nevil,Please note this because in the project details I have not Prescribed these and these are main rules. Just as In the IPL here also all the teams will fight against all the other teams once.there will be one match every day and you know that each mathch is a quiz.and there will be a certain number of questions.one who answers the most no of questions is the winner of that match and shall be awarded 2 points.in case of the tie we will be using the starred question method.and the match will continue on like that.and after every teams had been contested against each other once we will have the top 4 teams in the semi finals and the winners will got the finals and the finals will be conducted.
And One particular Feature Of MPL is that in this League,you are not posting the answers as comments,instead you are senting it as an e-mail to Nevil.This is to avoid Copying of answers.
And you all may be wondering how Nevil,And I are participating in this,being the officials of MPL.this is how it works.Nevil and I will be making questions together and we will use these questions in all the matches except in the matches in which I and Nevil participate.
In Nevils matches,I will be putting the questions and I will post them as a comment on the blog and the contestants should sent the answers to Me instead of senting it to Nevil,I n all the Other matches.And In my matches Nevil alone will put the questions and as usual you should sent the answers to Nevil

Nandu there are a few mistakes in your idea abou the leauge.And I also have the right to frame the rules as I am the coordinator of MPL.
First there will be more than one matchin a day.And the teams playing in that match will have 3 days time(it can be expanded if anyone has a genuine reason).

Yes Nevil,you surely has the right to make decisions and both of your ideas were the ones which I also thought but I just forgot to post it.And Nevil,Inviting Seb,in my thought is not a very practical situation because he is an expert quizzer who is older than us and so his quizzing levels are also high.and he wont be getting time to visit the blog frequently and all.he will be busy probably all the time.and we can make this league for our age people and we have got our friends here too.thus inviting seb would be most probably difficult for him and us.and even if you want him also,I dont have any means to contact him.and moreover now we have got an exact 8 no of teams and all of them are our pals so we can quickly start the league in this week itself.so Nevil you can say when should I give my questions.and you start preparing the schedule also and it must start on this week itself.

Ok sachin the rules are simple.We will post the question either as a post or as a comment(when i cant come online).And one important rule is that pls for making this quiz gud dont refer anything for the answer.Pls.
And u will have 3 days for answering the questions.(will be expanded if u have a specifi reason)It will be gud if u do it on that da it self.And sometimes the questions may come only in the night.So pls bear with us.
Now about the point system.U will get 2 points for each game u win and bonus points for ur victory margin(that is if player1 scores2 and player2 score 5 player 2 will get 2 points for winning and 3 for bonus).The standings can be seen in the standings page to which you can go through the pages bar abow.

the participants who are not playing any of their matches that is if they are absent we can wait till their 5th match after that we can eliminate them.that would be very usefull.
And about the team as I said we can make questions 3,then we can make it over fast but rishwin is also off line i think that the reason for everyone taking an off is that as we were delaying it so much they may have thought that we would start the league even more late and most of them may be at their native places. anyway all thios can be ended and we can make the league energetic with full participation,if you contact all of them personally.
