Tax on eating???????????????

On April 2006, The peoples republic of China imposed a tax on the widespread usage of  the disposable variants of X because of the great environmental problems it caused.X is however used in Asian countries like Japan,Korea,Vietnam and even China.X is an inevitable part of the meals of the people in these countries and is used worldwide even though the usage in the mother countries have reduced.

Id X, which can be now found in almost all Chinese restraunts.
